Why FASTags get blacklisted

Most blacklists clear quickly once the tag is recharged or the KYC is completed — and we handle that for you end to end.

Damaged, torn or not scanning

If the tag is physically damaged or the chip simply won't read at the toll plaza, it can't be repaired — it must be replaced with a new tag and re-activated. We handle fresh issuance and refitting on your windshield so it scans cleanly again.

Lost tag, closure & refunds

If your tag is lost, we help you close it, transfer the remaining balance where possible, and claim the security-deposit refund according to your issuer's rules — so nothing is left stuck on the old tag.
