RBI requires KYC for every FASTag wallet. We help you complete full or minimum KYC so your tag stays active and never gets hotlisted for compliance.
Per RBI norms, every FASTag wallet must be KYC-compliant. Tags with pending or incomplete KYC can be hotlisted or blacklisted by the issuer — once that happens, your tag simply stops working at tolls and you're forced to pay double in cash. Keeping your KYC complete is the easiest way to make sure your FASTag keeps working smoothly.
A minimum-KYC FASTag comes with lower wallet and monthly usage limits, which can be restrictive if you travel often. Full KYC unlocks higher wallet limits and removes those usage caps — it's the recommended option, especially for frequent travellers and commercial vehicles. We help you move from minimum to full KYC quickly.

Yes. RBI requires KYC on the wallet behind the tag, and issuers hotlist tags whose KYC is incomplete or expired. A hotlisted tag will not work at a plaza however much balance is on it, which is why KYC problems feel like balance problems.
The RC for the vehicle plus one owner ID - Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence or passport. Commercial vehicles also need the permit and fitness certificate. Minimum KYC needs less than full KYC but comes with lower wallet limits.
Minimum KYC is quicker and needs fewer documents, but caps how much you can hold and load on the wallet. Full KYC lifts those limits and is what commercial operators generally need. We will tell you which one your usage actually requires.
Often the first sign is the tag being declined at a plaza with a healthy balance. Send us the vehicle number and we check the tag's actual status with the issuer, so you know whether it is KYC, balance or a hotlist before you pay for anything.
Yes, in most cases. Send the documents on WhatsApp and we complete the update with the issuer. Some issuers occasionally require the customer's own verification step, and when that happens we tell you exactly what to do rather than leaving it hanging.
