The FASTag you need depends on your vehicle class, not the city — a private car is Class 4, while trucks and buses run from Class 6 up to Class 16 by axle count. Send us the RC and we'll confirm the correct class before issuing, so you're never charged the wrong toll rate.

We check which it is against your vehicle number, clear the balance or KYC side the same day, and arrange a replacement if the tag itself is damaged. No visit from Nanded is needed.
Send us the vehicle number and we look up pending e-challans against it, then tell you what is outstanding and where it was raised. We can only look a challan up and explain it — we cannot cancel, reduce or waive one, and nobody legitimately can.
